The Fairfax Clubhouse ladies room door lock and gate by the fountain is broken and cannot be opened by the fob.

Most of the Fairfax residents have completed the Safe Passage form and if you did, it was already submitted to the new gate company and the information has already been loaded onto their system. If they weren’t able to understand your penmanship, you may be receiving a phone call from the following number to clarify your writing: 407-900-7994

If you have a smartphone (either Android or IPhone), please upload the new app so that you can add and delete information directly from your phone. The app is: SafePassageMobile and it looks like a house. You will need to register on this app once you download it by clicking on our neighborhood: Clairmont/Fairfax and then completing the rest of the information they request.

*** CLUBHOUSE BACK ENTRANCE DOOR ***

Please be advised that as of 12/2/23, the back entrance door of the clubhouse is functioning properly. The Mens Bathroom door and gate nearest the Mens Bathroom are still not functioning properly and Lockman Security is working on scheduling this repair.

It is with great sadness that I need to write this to all of you. Apparently, there are a couple of people in our neighborhood that are not treating Fairfax as their home or at least not how the rest of us treat our homes. These people are leaving cigarette butts on and near the new fountain and benches as well as by the pool and on the covered patio at the back of the clubhouse. They have already caused considerable damage and will continue to disregard and damage our property. If you see anyone smoking, leaving their butts on our neighborhood property or leaving cans or bottles around, please report this to Mauro or Jose with our management company. Their numbers are: Mauro: 954-991-0192 and Jose: 954-699-5008. If you feel comfortable doing so, please take a picture or video of them and send it to Mauro or Jose.

The FAIRFAX NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION Meeting that was scheduled for Friday, Dec. 1, 2023 at 5:30 PM is OFFICIALLY CANCELLED.

The Fairfax Neighborhood Executive Board conferred with our neighborhood attorney and he said there was no reason for us to sign the addendum therefore, there will be NO MEETING ON DECEMBER 1ST.
