Please be advised that it has been very challenging to work with the front gate over the past week. At first, we were told that the phone wasn’t working, therefore, the attendants weren’t able to answer their phone, however, they were able to call out when our guests arrived. Now, their mailbox is full and cannot take any messages. When some of our residents went to the gate to inquire about this, they were told that they were instructed not to answer any incoming calls.
We don’t really know exactly what is happening, but it appears that since the front gate company was told that they were being replaced by another company, there have been an awful lot of issues, more than previously, with the gate attendants. Our new gate company and personnel will begin working for us on or about December 1st, so please be patient until then.
