New Maintenance Supervisor

Good afternoon Board,
Jose Cardona will be the new maintenance supervisor for Fairfax beginning today. He will be overseeing the day-to-day cleaning of the buildings and be doing cleaning of the clubhouse/pool deck area and maintenance work as requested/needed. His schedule is Monday-Friday from 8AM-4PM, his phone number is (954)699-5008 and email Jose@jlpropertymgmt.com; he is easily accessible and all maintenance concerns will be addressed with him.

Blue Stream Fiber Info from Rich Bobker
Good afternoon,
Most of us received a letter from Blue Stream Fiber, regarding rate increases as we have a bulk contract it does not apply to us.
The only part that applies is the Paper Billing fee which is $6.49
